Our Vision at Drumming Happiness is to spread the Powerful and Healing Experience of Drum Circles. We spread the Happiness and Joyful experiences across all the Target Groups. We believe in spreading the Joy and Happiness, hence we work with various NGOs and spread the healing and happiness of Drum Circles.

Our Heart Felt Gratitude to all our Friends and Family, who unconditionally supported the “Drumming Happiness” initiative through financial support and continue to support the cause of spreading happiness and our work with NGOs.
Thus we started with this Community Initiative – The Drumming Happiness Project, and we have a long way to go.
The Drumming Happiness Project – is a brainchild of Avinash which started as a Social Volunteering Initiative with the sole objective of Spreading happiness through Rhythm & Drum Circles to the identified groups., and now caters to Corporates, Schools, Colleges, and other Groups.

A passionate & an avid percussionist, he is formally trained in playing Tabala under Pt.Shashikant Kulkarni & Pt. Suraj Purandhare.
Avinash is formally trained in the Art of Drum Circle Facilitation. He has had the privilege to learn from Arthur Hull of Village Music Circles, the founder of the Worldwide Drum Circle Movement, and various experts such as Dr.Jane Bentley, Vasundhara, Roberto, Varun, the World-renowned Body Percussionist – Stefano Baroni of Italy, & the Hollywood drummer Greg Ellis.
Avinash leads & facilitates The Voluntary Initiative of Drumming Happiness., which works with various. He brings his inspirational rhythmic experiences to communities. He leads diverse groups from Kids, Elders, Professionals and challenged groups through a joyful and inspiring experience using Music, Rhythm, Vocals, and Activities. He energizes and inspires people towards enthusiastic participation and community building.
He has facilitated Drum circles for NGOs, Schools, Corporate’s & various Causes & has performed with Classical Musicians on the Tabala.

Krishna is an avid music enthusiast & and loves working on Rhythmic & Educational Initiatives. Based in Mumbai, Krishna has been a part of the Drumming Happiness project since the beginning. He loves to engage with kids in the Drumming Happiness sessions. He brings out euphoric energy, enthusiasm through his charm and activities in the Drum circles.
Krishna has had his contented corporate career, his experience pans around with some of the world-renowned corporates & consulting firms such as Arthur Anderson, KPMG, Edelweiss, and more.
Pooja Karkera is a certified International Meta Mind Management Trainer, Motivational Speaker, a Corporate Behavioral Trainer specializing in Meta Mind Personality Development, an Art-based Therapy Facilitator, Creative Drum Circle Facilitator and Master Faculty of Meta Mind Dance and Emotions. Pooja, as a spiritual seeker, a dance mystic, a social worker, and artists have merged dance and behavioral training for creative transformation. She is a Faculty Panel Member of the Global Academy of Meta Mind Management (GAMMA), an international behavioral training organization based in India and has a presence in 15 countries in North America, Europe, and southeast, Asia.
At a very young age, Pooja found her calling in making a difference in the world and spreading smiles to all, children, adults, and even nature. So she takes every opportunity to work and contribute to a number of community centers and organizations wherever she travels. In the last 12 years, she has worked with NGO’s like CPAA – Cancer Patients Aid Association, CanKids…KidsCan (NGO for cancer kids), Dignity Foundation (Senior Center), Night Shelter For Street Children, King George V Memorial (Home for Destitutes), and others in Mumbai; IShaPrema Niketan in Pune; Tibet World, LHa, LIT, Yongling school in Himachal Pradesh; Fremont Senior Centre (California), We Pre- School (Atlanta) in the USA. She was also selected as one of the youngest finalists for ‘Teach For India’, a Times Foundation initiative.
